Today is the first day of our summer vacation. Woo hoo! We're, tucking Mattie in his room and kissing him goodbye and then heading to camp mid-day (or so). Tonight will be spent unpacking the truck and stowing the gear from home, then gathering our Gathering supplies (thanks for the funny term, Deb!) so we are ready for our excursion.
Tomorrow we are doing a day trip with people who are traveling from Seattle, WA and Ottawa, Canada. They're coming early for the gathering with a stop-off at BVR. It should be a great excursion. Sunday and Monday we'll putter and play in the Berkshires, then off to Eastover on Tuesday.
We'll post as often as we can while we're away, but we are going to be awfully busy having fun!
