My favorite way to fall asleep is...

laying on a beach [with Mike] on a warm day with a gentle breeze blowing.

fresh cinnamon rolls in the morning. My mom makes decadent cinnamon rolls and the smell is so homey.

vanilla. It has always been refreshing to me.

Coming in from a cool fall day to the smell of a home cooked meal.

pumpkin pie, fresh fruit and baby shampoo.

gardenias' ..apple crisp an a cool autumn day...Christmas baking and real Christmas tree...smell of mulled cider...spring flowers in the yard..and Amarige perfume

Lilacs, backyard barbecues - these remind me of summer. Powder fresh babies, clean sheets right off the clothes line - simple pleasures.

When I look at old pictures of myself, I...

laugh at how many hairstyles I've had. And if you've seen my hair in high school -- the classic 80's 'do -- you'd laugh, too!

laugh at all of the changes I have gone through.

say who is that, he is so funny looking.

cringe sometimes (80's hair was not a good thing!), and sometimes I laugh or smile.

see a photo journey...I notice the cars in the background...the styles..furniture and even pets...I see how uncomplicated the world was when I was growing up...graduations..college...my wedding..Me and my children...Brett... Now at this point of my life my picture on my driver's license looks pretty good...

laugh at the old hairstyles and glasses we wore. Yikes - we thought we looked good too!

My most memorable trip was...

to Europe with Mike. He proposed to me on his birthday while we were at the beach facing the Mediterranean in Agde (southern France). It was very special.

to California with my Aunt Fanne. How I love her.

The South of France with Tracy on my Birthday.

Well, this is a toss-up for me. I loved my trip to Hawaii where my then dear boyfriend proposed in a pineapple maze, but I also love my trip to England that I took in college. I had saved for that trip by carhopping, and it was my first major trip anywhere without my parents.

NYC for Tracy and Michael's wedding and Connor and Fiona's Christening and to Hawaii for Deirdre's wedding... Australia, New Zealand because it was the last together trip we took.. Ireland because it was the last time Mike would see it, and our last cruise together to Bermuda...

the family vacation to Florida. One of the best times we have had in recent years.

to Italy and Greece and see all the history that I read about.
