The Office (My Office)

Everyone knows what our place in Northborough looks like and even what camp looks like. But what about my office? Admittedly, this is not the burning question you may have. However, I do spend 45+ hours a week here. More waking hours than at home or camp.

Unlike normal people, I do wonder what the workplaces of my friends and family look like. I took some pictures so I could share mine. Fasten your seatbelts, this is going to be an exciting ride (NOT!)! Click on the images to enlarge them...

This is the view when entering my office. If you notice the purple stickies with numbers, well, this is my craziness. I have 5 computers in my office; the 3 on this wall are controlled by a KVM switch. I have them labeled in case they need to used in my absence. My floor of the office has its own coffee maker. I use this one for flavored coffee (which most of my co-workers despise).

My bookshelf (directly to the left of the picture from the door) is filled with work related stuff (on shelves that are not pictured) and tchotchkes that make me happy.

This is my desk (on the wall to the hall, across from the bookshelf and other computers). As you can see, I am surrounded by happy things here. Things that are not labeled above but are in the photo include a photo of Mike on my desk and my new mug from Melissa.

Finally, the wall to the right of my door has a unique painting from the Dominican Republic.

It is a relatively small space, but I have a door, a window, and no complaints. I originally planned to take a picture of the outside of the building. That would be extra boring, so I skipped it.

I hope your day is happy, wherever you spend it :)
