Sunny Skies with Rainy Days Ahead

Today is another beautiful, summery day. It is nearly 80s degrees with no wind and 62% humidity. I wish I could get outside more to enjoy it.

Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Hanna will change all of that for us this weekend. NOAA is predicting that Hanna will gain speed after hitting the coast Saturday morning and be in the Massachusetts area early Sunday morning.

We are not yet in a tropical storm warning/watch area, though hurricane watches extend up the mid-Atlantic coast.

Don't get me wrong, this "little rain storm" will be nothing compared to Gustav and the damage done to the southern US. But it is something that will affect our weekend outlook.  You can track Hanna's progress by visiting NOAA's Tropical Storm Hanna page.

In the meantime, lets enjoy today's great weather!
