Well, the weekend is here!!! I am off to Kansas City for the weekend to celebrate my mom's retirement. We are looking forward to seeing each other and spending some time catching up. I'm also hoping to squeeze in a visit with Melissa!
On another front, my friend in the hospital has been improving. Doctors are hoping to take off the respirator this afternoon, so I am crossing my fingers.
