A Fun Rainbow Cake

At first I was going to mail this (to Pat, then to Melissa), but decided, hey, let's share with everyone. This recipe for a Rainbow Cake was linked in Amazon Daily's blog. OMG!!!!! It is so easy and fun -- you have to check it out. Seriously. Anyone can make this and have fun!

Even I want to make this... Right away!!!! I probably won't... Mainly because cake is not a low-carb choice (no matter how you cut it -- and this recipe is 81 carbs for 1/12 of the cake -- I worked it out). Aaah, to dream!
