Crispy Salmon with Lentils du Puy and Two-Mustard Crème Fraîche

I was on a fish kick this weekend after coming across two interesting recipes last week. I made tilapia with a herb butter sauce Friday night. Last night was Crispy Salmon with Lentils du Puy and Two-Mustard Crème Fraîche.
