Next up.... When we bought our house 7 years ago, part of what we loved (and still do) was that there are no houses within close site to our own. Our neighbor on one side has 4 acres. On the other, we thought the neighbor had 7 acres. It turns out it is actually 13.25 acres. The guy is in his golden years and we have known that the land would be prime for subdividing into many housing lots.
Looks like that time is getting much closer. We noticed a road into part of the property this summer. This morning Mike noticed flags demarcating the property line. We're not sure how this will play out nor how long it will take, but we're betting we'll have neighbors we can see within 2 years. S@!t...
