I was searching the internet for something to write about the vernal equinox today. What I found was pretty scientific, and really lacked the level of fun I wanted. Thinking
Boston.com might have something I could use, I headed there. What caught my eye had nothing to do with the first day of spring. It made me smile, though, and I figure that is good enough...
The caption with the photo said the following:
One of the famous swimming pigs at Exuma Cay in the Bahamas. This guy could not wait for the anchor to be tossed, so he swam out to meet the photographer.
Not only did I not know there was such a thing as swimming pigs, but who knew they would be cute?! Pretty neat.
